Contract Overview

Perdigita, LLC is a Joint Venture between ANALYGENCE, Inc. and CSA Global, LLC.  

The General Services Administration (GSA) Polaris contract is a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide customized Information Technology (IT) services and IT services-based solutions.  This may include both commercial and non-commercial services. 

The principal nature of any resulting Task Order must be for IT services.  However, ancillary support may be included when it is integral to, and necessary for, the IT services-based effort.

Performance Areas for IT Service Solutions provided include (but are not limited to) the following:

  • Cloud Services

  • Cybersecurity

  • Data Management

  • Information and Communications Technologies

  • IT Operations and Maintenance

  • Software Development

  • System Design

Ancillary Support may be provided, as necessary, for IT services-based solutions, only when it is integral to, and necessary for, the IT services-based effort.  These include (but are not limited to) the following:

  • Clerical Support

  • Data entry

  • IT products

  • Minor construction, alteration, and repair to real property

  • Server racks

  • Software licenses

  • Subscriptions

  • Records Management Operations

IT Managed Services, where Perdigita would act as the Managed Service Provider (MSP) delivers services such as network, application, infrastructure and security, via ongoing and regular support and active administration on customers’ premises, in their MSP’s data center (hosting), or in a third-party data center.  This allows for fully managed services throughout the service lifecycle based on the customer’s need and specific solution.on support services for the Department of Defense (DoD), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and Intelligence Community (IC).

As part of our commitment to environmental sustainability, Perdigita commits to offer Electronic Product Environmental Assessment Tool (EPEAT), an IT product global eco label, at the EPEAT Bronze Level or higher for all products/equipment used within the performance of Polaris Task Orders, if electronic hardware is procured as ancillary equipment in an order under the Master Contract.
